Section 1
General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and crickrex ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the crickrex website or any associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may apply from time to time.
These Terms apply to all users of crickrex regardless of the device used to access the platform, whether that is a mobile phone, tablet, desktop computer, or any other internet-enabled device. The platform is designed primarily for use via mobile browsers in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6), and all time references within these Terms refer to BST unless otherwise stated.
crickrex reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or via an on-screen notification upon login. Your continued use of the platform following any such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and submit an account closure request to support@crickrex.
These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any translation being produced for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
Section 2
Account Registration
To access real-money games, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and withdrawal services on crickrex, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (such as bKash or Nagad).
You are permitted to hold only one account on crickrex at any one time. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, crickrex reserves the right to close all such accounts, forfeit any associated balances, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.
You must not register an account on behalf of another person. You must not allow any third party to access or use your crickrex account. Sharing your login credentials, whether intentionally or through negligence, is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
KYC Verification
All players are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before any withdrawal can be processed. KYC documents required include:
- A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of your registered mobile number linked to your payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing the registered number)
- Additional documents may be requested at crickrex's sole discretion where enhanced due diligence is required
crickrex may also request KYC documents at the time of registration, upon a change of account details, or at any other point during the player relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until compliance is achieved.
All personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. crickrex applies SSL encryption to all data transmissions and does not share player data with unauthorised third parties.

Age Restriction
By completing the registration process, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. You further confirm that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
Where crickrex has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under the age of 18 — including but not limited to information provided during registration, payment method details, or third-party reports — we reserve the right to suspend the account and request age verification documentation with immediate effect. Any winnings accumulated during a period of unverified access may be withheld pending the outcome of the age verification review.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not access online gambling platforms. crickrex recommends the use of parental control software where shared devices are used by households that include persons under the age of 18.

Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
crickrex accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and standard bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount may vary depending on your payment method and account verification status.
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your crickrex account instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business days to clear depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. crickrex does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All funds deposited to crickrex must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts held by third parties will be returned and may trigger an account review. crickrex reserves the right to request evidence that you are the authorised account holder of any payment method used.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that have been used to deposit funds and that have passed crickrex's verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are processed within 1–4 hours of the request being submitted during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days.
crickrex reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where the account has not previously completed full KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or public holidays in Bangladesh.
Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before wagering requirements are complete will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.

Bonus Terms
crickrex offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer, in addition to these general Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Bonus Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer terms, the following general rules apply to all crickrex bonuses:
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the offer terms.
- Eligible games: Not all games on the crickrex platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may have different contribution percentages. The eligible game list and contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
- Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited. The expiry period is stated in each offer's terms.
- Maximum bet restriction: While playing with an active bonus balance, the maximum stake per bet is ৳500 or the equivalent unless a higher limit is specifically stated in the offer terms. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at crickrex's discretion.
- One bonus per player: Unless explicitly permitted, only one bonus may be active on a player account at any time. Players may not stack bonuses unless the relevant offer terms specifically permit stacking.
- Bonus abuse: crickrex reserves the right to withdraw a bonus, void winnings, and suspend an account where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, collusion between multiple accounts, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other activity that crickrex determines to be an exploitation of promotional terms.
Bonuses are promotional incentives only. crickrex does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus at any given time, and offers may be withdrawn, modified, or replaced at our sole discretion. Players who have opted out of marketing communications will not receive personalised bonus notifications but may still be eligible for platform-wide promotions.

User Obligations
As a registered player on crickrex, you agree to the following obligations at all times during your use of the platform:
- You will provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration and during any subsequent KYC or verification process, and you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.
- You will keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You will not share your account access with any other person and will immediately notify crickrex at support@crickrex if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- You will use the crickrex platform for your own personal entertainment only. You will not use the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a business of taking and placing bets on behalf of third parties.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your specific location and to comply with any applicable restrictions.
- You will engage with cricket betting markets, live casino tables, and slot games only with funds that you can afford to lose. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent risk and that past outcomes have no bearing on future results.
- You will use the responsible gaming tools available on your crickrex account dashboard — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods — to manage your gambling activity proactively.
- You will not engage in any conduct that may disrupt the operation of the crickrex platform, including but not limited to attempting to access backend systems, reverse-engineer game software, or interfere with other players' accounts.
Breach of any of the above obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crickrex platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses, and may result in legal action where applicable:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a crickrex account.
- Money laundering: Using the crickrex platform to deposit, process, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal means. crickrex has an obligation to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of games, exploit bonus structures, or gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated software to place bets, interact with live casino tables, or otherwise engage with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
- Multiple account abuse: Registering or operating more than one player account for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times, circumventing account restrictions, or any other purpose that provides an unfair advantage.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to crickrex without first raising the matter through our customer support channels. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
- Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets on sporting events — including BPL or IPL cricket fixtures — using information that is not publicly available or that is derived from involvement in match fixing or any other corrupt activity.
Section 8
Account Closure & Dispute Resolution
Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your crickrex account at any time by submitting a written request to support@crickrex. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Account closure requests submitted via live chat must be followed up by an email confirmation to support@crickrex to be processed.
Self-Exclusion
If you wish to restrict your access to crickrex as part of a responsible gaming decision, a self-exclusion option is available directly from your account dashboard. Self-exclusion may be set for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months) or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, receive marketing communications, or create a new account. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
crickrex-Initiated Closure
crickrex reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any player account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or to other players. Where an account is closed by crickrex following a breach of these Terms, any balance held may be forfeited.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your crickrex account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other matter, you must first submit your complaint in writing to support@crickrex with full details of the issue. crickrex will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may request escalation to a senior review, details of which will be provided upon request through the support channel.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the crickrex platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which crickrex operates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process.
